What a stunning studio. My reformer session was just what I needed. Belle started back to basics which was great because I've never tried Reformer until now. The Sauna rooms are beautiful & the coffee was delicious. Highly recommend a visit.

Having never done reformer Pilates or floor Pilates, I was a little hesitant and not sure what to expect! That was put to rest after a single session with Belinda. Her knowledge and experience really show and she simplifies the routines to accommodate the beginner and the novice in the same class. The atmosphere is calming and I enjoy working at my own pace. After only 4 weeks I can already see the changes in my body, strength and posture. I love the membership because it holds me accountable to commit to each session and the app allows me the flexibility of booking classes and the saunas easily around my schedule. It’s just a great space with friendly and professional service. Highly recommend!

Popped to the window for a coffee, the girls are lovely and the coffee was very good !Had a peek in the window to the pilates studio and were invited in for a quick tour and demonstration :)Definitely interested to come and try a class and the sauna !
