I can’t speak more highly of this store. Really informed staff who don’t pressure you when buying. They were unbelievably accomodating when I needed to return an item due to fit issues. In particular Miette who was awesome to deal with.

Incredible customer service. Visited store during an EOFY sale, staff member Dani went above and beyond to assist with finding item. Was incredibly helpful and super lovely.Item purchased as a gift and did not fit so was returned 2 days later to gentlemen I believe to be the manager. The service was amazing again. Friendly staff with great product knowledge. Thank you

Went to Strapper Surf Geelong yesterday and really enjoyed my experience. The staff were so fun and the atmosphere felt very positive. It’s not everyday you walk into a retail store and the staff don’t seem like they’d rather be anywhere else on their Saturday. Thanks guys!
