Useally get super nice friendly drivers but the wait is unbelievable just ended up walking home useally give ‘em 30mins but when it’s been raining and can’t walk I’ve waited 1hour and half

Hot tip - try and book an Uber or another driving service first. Terrible wait times. Very inconsistent service. I have had to walk home in the past. Try and have a back up plan. The actual drivers are lovely. It’s the company not the drivers. UPDATED: Just wanted to add that since this review the management has changed hands and this service is now located and managed locally. It appears to have upped it's game and the customer service is a lot better now.

The lady taking my phone bookings was efficient and friendly. The drivers arrived on time and had a friendly manner. Also sms 2 minutes prior to pickup. Made our stay easier having a reliable taxi service.

Worst service. Never come in time and doesn’t respond to you if there’s some delays or cancellation.

We were just driven home safe and sound by a lovely driver. Taxi arrived within 5 minutes of our call. Nothing but good things to say.

Absolutely terrible service! They couldn’t give us an estimate of the time of arrival after booking! When picked up- it turned out that the taxi was meant for someone else but the driver couldn’t be bothered going to the correct pick up point. 10 minute taxi cost $35 and when I commented on the price- she said “well it’s not as expensive as your dinner”- the cheek!! Such a pity that there is only one taxi firm here and they can do what they like!!

Would not recommend. Use Uber! I have to say this is the worst taxi service I have ever used. Used it twice and I’ll never use it again.First taxi was 20 minutes late to pick us up meaning our ferry was waiting for us and we only just made it on running. When I called to asked where my taxi was she said that wasn’t her job and hung up on me.Secondly, when I called to rebook a ride home. The guy at the call center hung up on my after I asked hold long I’d be waiting for a taxi after saying that their system can’t tell them how long a driver will be… seems like a piece of information most people would want to know ..? So we waited for an hour before we just got an Uber.Very disappointing.

Worst taxi service in Australia.Their call centre over the weekends is located in Coffs Harbour which does not make sense at all.The lady who takes the phone calls in completely rude and has no problem to continue with her rudeness when you call her out on it. She is the most unprofessional and incompetent person I have ever witnessed in someone of her position.Won’t be long until Uber comes along in this town and the sad part is it’s the actual drivers who will lose business/money because everyone is fed up.Just because you have no competition does not give you the right to treat/act in a unprofessional manor.

We needed a part for our boat and ordered a taxi to take us out to bcf at Taylor’s beach. The taxi driver was very polite and helpful and happily waited for us to drop us ba k at Nelson bay. Fantastic service!
