This gym has the best vibe!!! the coaches who train here are really friendly, supportive and professional. On day one was greeted with a genuine friendly hand shake from the owner Justin who instantly made me feel like part of the team. All the classes I have attended the instructors have gone out of their way to make me feel welcome and I have easily doubled my fitness and strength in the short period of time I have been attending. If your looking for a gym with a strong personality and experienced inspiring coaches then I can not recommend demon enough!!
