Really disappointed with the service. My girlfriend made a special trip from 3 hours away for an appointment for her birthday today as we are live in Lismore where there is now nothing left of. She waited for nearly an hour after her appointment time and decided to leave.

Went for eyebrows shaping and henna. Very happy with the result. Lovely service, the lady who run the business was so nice and skillful. The Salon is spacious and welcoming. Easy to book, walk in or online. Cant wait to try the facial, I cant tell from the way she do my eyebrows, its gonna be a good one.

Atrocious hair dressers. Obnoxiously untalented stylists.Thinned my partners hair to the point she was in tears for days.One of those places that when you ask for a few centimetres cut off, you leave there ready to enlist in the Defence Force.

I would give Lisa 5 stars, I love love love my colour. I have tendency to go 'brassy' and yellowy after a few weeks and my highlights are still looking great now, I have had so many compliments. Service is excellent and she is fairly priced - I would highly recommend

Brought my son in for a hair cut today. No wait time (places at Robina Town Centre had wait times of two hours). Short drive from there for great service, friendly staff and an awesome cut. Definitely recommend over waiting in queues at a busy shopping centre.
