I was charged for a product I didn’t purchase and noticed the overcharge on the receipt once home. As it was around Christmas time and being heavily pregnant, I couldn’t make it back into the store to get my refund asap. Spoke with a sales assistant on the phone and advised refunds weren’t provided over the phone due to various reasons. Instead they sent me a gift voucher for the amount I’d been charged. Appreciate their efforts to rectify the issue.My only advice for any sales attendants, is they should never insinuate the customer has taken the product home and then changed their mind or insinuate they’ve stolen the item. Which made zero sense, if anything it was the opposite. I had technically been robbed, as I was charged for a product I didn’t even buy or have in hand. They need to work on their customer service skills a bit more and perhaps get cameras, especially for over counter.

Always an amazing experience when you engage the staff. They really know their stuff and will not sell you something you don't need or won't suit your skin.

It's great that the Body Shop are introducing methods of product storage that reduce plastic waste and encourage customers to support environmental sustainability and responsible consumption. The staff are always friendly and suggest appropriate products for various health conditions, eg oily skin. Sometimes, they provide small samples which can come in handy for travel and you can repurpose the little containers for arts & crafts etc. Thank you for your assistance, it's always fun having a look around your store, whichever suburb it's in. ❤

Visited this shop today to purchase some products. There were 2 assistants no other customers. They stood behind counter, didn’t greet or say hello, nor offer to help not even say hello. After a few minutes another lady came by, not coloured- out came smiles, greetings offer to help. Crazy eh! That too in todays day and age.

Went in today to purchase some stuff for myself, don’t usually know much about what the different creams and stuff do. I asked Danni, the salesperson there what it all meant and when I didn’t quite understand what she meant I was berated and told that I was making a joke of her and her time. Considering I came in there with every intention to purchase she really made me feel uncomfortable and it’s unlikely I’ll ever go back to that store again.I didn’t know we had to be skin experts to purchase moisturiser.

Highly recommend shopping here!! I came about a week before Christmas and the service was lovely enough for me to remember. Was shopping for quite a few people (including myself!) and the staff were soo sweet. Also, the girl at the register treated me to about 6-7 different samples.. Best customer service I’ve had in a while!

Outstanding service! Take the time and I have received great in depth service especially from Leona (twice now) I am an advocate against animal cruelty this shop is amazing!! Leona took her time to show me the best foundation and skin care which I have receive multi compliments on and sharing the great news!! Also gave me great ideas for presents. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to find something amazing for their skin and something personalised to every individual.

Went in to buy a perfume today (22 June) around 12.30pm, walked up to counter with the perfume and smiled at the shop attendant to signify that I was ready. She promptly turned to another customer and started to help her find products in the store before bringing the other customer up to the register and serving her first even though id been patiently waiting. Love the body shop products, but routinely have problems with rude shop assistants. The other customer even apologised on the shop assistants behalf but the shop assistant didn't say anything.

Such a lovely experience here yesterday. Sales assistant (blonde hair - didn’t catch her name) was super helpful without being pushy at all. Gave me a few free samples with my purchase too. Will definitely be returning regularly and recommending this particular location to friends!
