Wynstan - Blinds Doors Shutters Awnings

Joe who did our quote was very helpful and efficient. He gave some helpful tips and suggestions and explained things clearly. Paul who did our installation was a pleasure to deal with. He was communicative, heavily detailed and efficient with the installation. I could not fault his work and say he is a professional. Overall, a great experience with Wynstan and I would highly recommend their services and products!

No problems with having my crimesafe order fulfilled but there has been an unsatisfactory delay with the fulfillment of my awnings order. Given that the products are relatively expensive, that a 50%deposit of nearly $2k was paid and that Wynstan constantly advertises it's expertise and reliability, a 10 week timeframe so far is not good enough. And, there is a lack of communication to the customer.

Joe who did the measuring was very helpful & a pleasure to deal with. Jimmy who installed the blinds was pleasant & efficient. The 2 gentlemen who installed my awnings were also very pleasant & efficient. The communication from the store was exceptional and all appointments were very prompt & on time. Overall I would highly recommend Wynstan to anyone. Because of the efficiency I am also getting new screens.

Measurement was done some time ago, but quick and efficient with Wynstan representative clearly explaining my options.Wynstan followed up regularly, and they were very easy and friendly when I finally took them up on their offer (I dragged my heels for other reasons).The installer double-checked my order and removed my old blinds and fly screen.I did expect some of my blinds to be a smidge wider, but not a huge problem.All-round success.

Love our sliding security door - installed with great service and cleaned up after install. Even our dog loves using his doggy door!

We had plantation shutters installed with Wynstan Liverpool today, and we are so thrilled with how they've turned out, they look amazing!From the very start, it was a pleasure to deal with Joe who was helpful, listened to our needs, and advised us on the right product.But installation was definitely the highlight of the whole experience - from the moment Ronald called us to set up a time, to installation day, he has been an absolute joy to work with, and his work was perfect. This is the least professional Wynstan outlet I have dealt with. They don’t answer their phones or their emails, and even after they (eventually - four months after I paid the deposit) contacted me to do the installation, they just kept promising to get back to me to confirm a day and time without actually doing it. When they finally sent someone out to do the installation, I was told the bathroom grille was the wrong size. Nevertheless, the guys took my existing fly screen, leaving me without one for two weeks. Thanks to Stephanie Godwin in the customer service department, someone finally came back to finish the job. I do want to add, though, that the screen door didn’t fit, and I was told it was because it was being put on the opposite way to the way the old screen door was installed, and that I would have to pay a handyman to extent my back step. Of course, the reason I called Wynstan was specifically to put the door on the other way around, so I believe it was up to them to measure up the door correctly in the first place. Anyway we have to choose our battles, and dealing with Wynstan was exhausting. I will never hire them again. But thumbs up to Stephanie.

Appealing service. Since November I've had trouble with Wynstan. Screens took too long to make, install, broken promises, lies, shifting blame, no acknowledgement .. shocking service and I do not recommend then at all.

We just had our new home installed all 15 roller blinds with Wynstan. The great team at Wynstan Liverpool was the reason why we had decided to go with Wynstan. We interacted with Nicola, Jenny & Pam during our multiple visits to Wynstan Liverpool. The product knowledge & the advice provided to us on Wynstan products was first class. Joe came to our home to measure & provided quotes and expertise on what works best for our home. The installation of all 15 roller blinds was done by Jimmy who installed with care & dedications. We would recommend drop by Wynstan Liverpool & browse through the range of products on display & meet the great team at Wynstan Liverpool.

Do not recommend Wynstan blinds to anyone. Shocking service and lousy workers. Took months to get screens done and even then it was wrong. Shocking attitude from the workers.Also calling up is awful and annoying and no one takes the blame, they just blame others for their mistakes.
