Had an issue with a polar fleece that kept fluffing everywhere, even though it was greater than 3 years old, not worn much and been washed a few times. Kevin, the manager, was very understanding and allowed me to exchange the top for one of equal cost, as he couldn't explain why the top did this. He went above my expectations, which is rare these days! Thank you Kevin! Great customer service which will keep me coming back to your store!

Good shop for camping clothing and accessories. Staff at the Miranda store were eager to help with our choices and explained the differences in the types of thermal clothing to help us decide which range suited our needs.

Good, clean organised shop. Staff are super friendly and helpful. No attitude. They're knowledgeable and eager to help. Products are excellent quality. We bought foldable beach chairs and they are super comfy.

Had a terrible experience yesterday when going into the store with my wife and baby and asking if they sold any of a particular product the staff just said “no” nothing else and just stared at me. I have never met a more rude woman management should look into this. Max pax next door was happy to sell me what I needed.

Was looking for a pair of hiking shoes. Served by Ryan. Took 5 minutes for the sale. Very helpful young man. Might pay a little bit more then other stores but the quality is worth it.. service, quality and easy of shopping is what keeps me coming back
