All good until you need a warranty repair or replacement.Promised the earth and delivered mud. Three months to arrange a replacement treadmill at least half a dozen phone calls never returned . Promised dates never eventuated. One star is too much.

Have been to both stores and was impressed with the wide selection of gear to choose from. Staff were helpful and knew what they were talking about. Not pushy which is what I like, just informative. Helped me find what I needed instead of what I thought I first wanted. Rare to find guys offering service in a retail environment these days. Now I just have to coax myself into using my machine this winter...

Similar issue to the reviewer below, I purchased an exercise bike (Schwinn Airdyne AD8) which I was told is the top of the line for air assault range. The day after it was delivered I tried using the bike to find the dashboard freezes & the tachometer was faulty. As of today (18 days after logging the issue) I still have a faulty bike which Southern Workout Store won't refund or replace.Anthony at the store has been great but the ability to refund or replace my purchase 1 day after receiving it isn't possible apparently.

Southern Workout store have a great range of combat sports equipment, weight lifting gear and supplements. The staff are very friendly and have the personal experience to offer a helping hand with choosing the right equipment for you.They stock Punch Equipment which is a high quality Australian boxing gear brand. If you're looking at buying anything Boxing, weight lifting, or fitness related equipment you'll be getting in no a good deal but shopping here. I'll definitely be going back.I recommend this establishment.

I've set up a couple of small commercial gyms through SWS and they're always awesome. The guys know the equipment varieties well and are accommodating when you're making bigger orders. Always a good range of punchfit gear for any boxing sessions. I always try to buy all my equipment and gear through SWS as the team are always helpful and easy going. Not to mention the price is hard to beat!

I've shopped at this store a few times now, which is a big for me coming from north. Both times the guys working have provided exceptional customer service.Recent purchase had a hiccup and they worked with me to make the experience pleasant and were very helpful both in packing and loading the purchase, providing product knowledge with additional purchases and deserve a pat on the back! Will use again!
