How good is the service here? I don't know whether their advice works quite yet, but they were keen to chat, learn about my set up and my needs, take me through some potential options, and made sure I left happy. Whether or not the advice I received today works doesn't matter, cos even if it didn't I'd 100% go back here to get more advice.
