Store is old bit clean. Doesn't carry a lot of stock but only have so much room. But the staff are the best of any business in albany they are infectiously happy and so helpful always a pleasure to visit their store.

That store has gone down hill fast. There staff couldn't get online orders right if they tried. Poor service.

Always a pleasure to visit this store. The staff never fail to be helpful and friendly and they know their stuff too.Even at busy times like Christmas they always find time to help and make each customer feel valued.Highly recommended!!

Overall all the times I have been into this store I have seen nothing but great things come from the staff members and the quality of the products within the store!!Overall EB games deserve more than a 5 star because they are soo much more friendlier than some of the other game stores in Albany WA!!EB Managers also make sure the staff members are feeling safe and secure and happy with their jobs.Keep up the excellent service EB Team!!
