Overall - 8.5/10 - It's not fine dining but it doesn't cost what fine dining does either. We paid $50/pp without drinks, the food and service were great. Salopian is a bench mark for restaurants in this price range.Food Quality - 8.7/10 - Some of the more interesting dishes and flavours I've had in a while. We had the pork bun, kangaroo tail, grilled calamari and slopian pie and I thoroughly enjoyed I had.Atmosphere - 8/10 - The service and atmosphere was good.Value for Money - 8/10 - Good value for money.

What a magic place for a food experience. Lovely, friendly folk. Sensational food. Generous serves. Very special local wines. Affordable. So much thought and care in every tasty morsel. We are coming back.

We visited The Salopian Inn on a Friday for lunch. Myself and 5 mates opted for the $90pp feed me menu. What can I say but everything was outstanding. The food was diverse and delicious. The service was prompt and welcoming. Couldn't rate it highly enough. We even got to pick our own wine from the cellar. Must visit!

This was one of the best meals we had by far AND fantastic service. We enjoyed a few apples and shared them between our party. One of our folks is allergic to shellfish and they made some wonderful recommendations to avoid this. Food was absolutely delicious. This is a must try while in the area!

So good, food was all delicious, service was attentive and fast and the actual place is stunning. Stand out for me was the gnocchi, it was light and fluffy and well balanced with the sauce. The pork buns were also amazing, particularly the chilli sauce that went with it. Worth a visit if you are after a nice lunch.

This place is exceptional in every way! The staff are attentive, helpful, flexible, fun, and friendly! The food is beautifully presented and delicious! A feast for the eyes, as well as the belly.I can't wait to return!
