Fast service, very knowledgeable, very happy with work done.

Great people, nice to deal with on arrival. However, I found that once the machine was built, there was no difference between the resistance levels. When asked to return to assess the machine, no attempt was made to come back. I've now got to wait 4 weeks for the other company's technician to come out and see whether the machine has a fault or whether it's a simple fix. Surely a quick re-assessment of the machine on the day it was put together could have helped?

I had Australian Fitness Servicing come out to do Diagnostics on my treadmill and the technician was arrogant and dismissive towards our living situation (Working from Home due to housemate having a high risk condition) and the technician had the gaul to hand out conspiracy theorist/anti vaxxer paperwork he had in his car. I do not accept this sort of dangerous behaviour and I am appalled his workplace allows him to hand out this critical thinking". Giving out this paperwork strongly suggest this is not a Covid safe business. I will be telling everyone I know to avoid Australian Fitness Serving."

I have a second had treadmill and I needed to get it serviced for the first time that I had owned it. I am unable to take the treadmill to a store so I gave these guys a call and I am so glad that I did because the service man was quick and very knowledgeable. He was also friendly; open to random questions and I learnt a few extra things about my treadmill. I will definitely use Australian Fitness Servicing again in the future!
