Please stay away from this business.They worked with building managers/body corporate to provide exclusive services to certain buildings( meaning you will have to choose them)However, they overcharged their clients and can’t provide any evidences or explanation for the services provided.They have adm costs and additional parking pasts which they also can’t explain and provide receipts for.I have paid nearly $1,200 for a service that would normally cost $600-$800 to replace a controller.Their reply when I asked for clarification for services provided are insufficient and unprofessional. As if it’s completely their call to decide how much they are going to charge you and you don’t even have right to know what services have been provided, how much each of them cost and explain the service fee is so much higher than the standard market rate.Absolutely so not recommend. Stay away from them.
