Yagan Memorial Park
Very well done memorial park for Yagan. Plenty of native plants and wildlife as well as beautiful artwork that shows both the Aboriginal and colonial histories

Yagan Memorial Park
A small but nice park overlooking an important area of archaeological and cultural significance to the indigenous Nyoongar people of whom Yagan" was a well respected leader/warrior of. Great views of the hills and surrounding area

Yagan Memorial Park
The creek or river behind it is good for dogs and children but beware of the BIG ants on the way there. From Yagan memorial itself it's a great view. Not somewhere for a romantic picnic.

Yagan Memorial Park
I recently visited Yagan Memorial Park and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The park is advertised as a large, interactive memorial, but in reality, it was quite small and lacked any significant activities. There was not much to see or do, and the park felt underwhelming and incomplete. The park's design and layout were uninspiring, with very little thought put into creating a memorable or meaningful experience. The signage and information about the park's history was minimal and unengaging, making it difficult to understand the significance of the memorial.Additionally, the park was not well-maintained and lacked any noticeable upkeep. The grass was overgrown, and the benches were in disrepair. This lack of maintenance detracted from the overall experience and made it feel like the park was not a priority for the city.I would not recommend Yagan Memorial Park. It was a huge disappointment, with nothing to see or do, and a lack of attention to detail. If you're looking for an interactive and meaningful memorial experience, this park is not it.

Yagan Memorial Park
I feel that there should be more information on this site, perhaps plaques or signage. Or did I miss this? For a significiant site it seemed a little underwhelming. They've obviously spent money here, there is lighting, landscaping, paths but I'd like to have come away with more of an understanding of this site. It's a nice.place to see the river but i feel there is so much more to come away with.

Yagan Memorial Park
A lovely spot for a walk or just sot and enjoy the views of the Australian bushland surroundings. There is a lot of potential in this place, toilets and maybe a small kiosk would be a great addition.
