Came for a meal with my family for lunch and it was disgusted over priced for food and drinks as a non member. My mum ordered the bbq chicken wings , specifically asked for the bbq sauce no chilli and assured it it was not hot. After taking two mouth fulls her mouth was burning and couldn’t eat anymore. We asked for chicken wings but got chicken drumsticks instead. The waitress came over and she checked with the kitchen and the sauce contained sriractha which was responsible of the burning. It would of been nice if it was explained properly that it had no chilli itself, my mum felt very Sick and very disappointed. Being a chef myself I assure you that I would tell a customer of all the ingredients that are in it. If someone was allergic etc. never coming back again. I tell you if it was bbq it be brown not red like chilli. Photo below.

Love to come to ZIVA on a Wednesday for Schnity night. Makes a weekly catch up with friends and family very affordable and the food and service is great.

The food was below the usual standard the garlic bread was still almost frozen in the middle and the main meals were very below the usual quality of meals. Yes the garlic bread issue was raised with staff

First time here completely disappointed, ordered roast pork loin a small and the large, $7 different for an extra piece of meat, cold food, chips for two people was barely a handful portion each. Ordered $95 seafood platter to share and a $24 seafood platter for one, for a $71 dollar difference you get a few extra bits of seafood barely enough for two people! The salt and pepper squid was tasteless, the oysters were off! This was a special birthday dinner and was a complete disappointment and waste of money! Never be coming here again!

I came expecting amazing things after I read the reviews but how disappointed I was! The food was terrible, it was overpriced as well which left a salty taste in my mouth which was actually just the foul aftertaste of their food! It’s heavily overpriced as well, staff here are unfriendly and not welcoming at all, ordering a drink from the bar is a nightmare, either you are ignored by the staff or you’re standing in the wrong spot yet there are no signs! I would not recommend this place at all and in fact suggest the staff get better training at customer service! Horrible experience.

Very nice pub, with great food, plenty of tap beer and wine options and all the amenities, including parking, bowling area and a nice little cafe (poppy's café) which has good food too. Members'offers are good deals, make sure to become a member on your way in.

Fantastic place to go for dinner just the two of us or as a family of 7 or more. Love the place, love the good especially their garlic prawns they are to die for. However their salad is not great for me it too full of cabbage and cucumber.

We come here for lunch one day, but my disabled daughter became very upset before we could order. The staff did everything they could to help so we could stay, offering support and colouring books, a different table to try that was in a less noisy area, telling us not to worry that she is upset, etc, etc. We did end up leaving as I didn't want to disturb other diners, but I appreciate the staff so much for everything they did and offered.I 100% recommend ZIVA based on staff alone.
