The online booking system can’t be trusted. The first time I booked online it was fine and I got the appointment, service and price I booked for, however on the next two occasions, my appointment was changed by Brady - not at my request - and I was subsequently charged around twice the price I had booked for. The first time this happened I let it slide, but the second time I queried it, and was told the cost was more than I had booked for because a different staff member (presumably more senior) took the appointment, and apparently, they also did something different / more, than I had booked for.

Always an amazing experience at Brady Hair Salon! The girls are so talented and lovely, which really makes the whole service feel like a luxury. I’ve spent hundreds at salons in the city and never been happier than I am walking out of Brady. Jess and the team are angels ❤️

I can’t recommend Brady Hair Salon enough! When I first moved to the area I struggled to find a salon to create the perfect balayage. Maddie at Brady has done my hair multiple times and I have loved it every time.Unfortunately, I had to reschedule my hair appointment before Christmas, which Brady Hair Salon happily accommodated. I was able to rebook with Jess, who also did an amazing job with my hair.Best salon in the area! The whole team are extremely kind and talented.They also have the most relaxing hair washing area!

A wonderful experience! Firstly, upon entering there is a sense of calmness and relaxation that stays with you for the whole visits. Jess really knows her stuff and I felt confident to take her advice on the best colour and cut for my hair. I certainly wasn’t disappointed and I walked out feeling fantastic. Brilliant service and advice tailored for you personally in a luxurious setting that will leave you and your hair feeling amazing.

Love this hair salon, the staff are all so talented, friendly and always spoiling me with their herbal teas, chocolates and the massage chair at the hair basin! Thank you to Jessica and her team for my beautiful, strong blonde hair and bringing luxury hairdressing to Lennox Head!

The team at Brady salon styled my wedding party. Not only was my wedding hair absolutely fabulous (see my pics) they made my mum, my sister and myself have the best experience possible. They really made an effort to engage with us and share in the joy of the day. Beautiful salon with beautiful staff, I highly recommend Brady Hair.

This was my first major hair cut/style change in years so I was excited for the change, I was however left really disappointed with the whole experience. I booked a master stylist assuming they could give me what I asked for, I had long straight hair so very easy to change styles. I had been to this salon previously so I went in and trusted that the stylist knew what they were doing. I came in she was running late which is fine I get that, but I was seated in a chair covered in hair. I had to let them know before I was moved. I had reference pictures, said specifically leave below my shoulder blades, said I would like to be able to tie it back still etc etc. My appointment was shorter than booked and I was charged more and it’s the worst haircut I have ever received. The framing around my face looks clunky and like my daughter cut my hair. I did give it a chance, I thought initially it may just be the odd way it was styled so waited a day before writing this, needless to say it was not the styling. I am now stuck with this monstrosity for the next year or more till it grows. The only reason I didn’t give one star is the texture at the back is similar to what I asked for, although much shorter.
