Cronulla Mechanical Services

I just called up Cronulla Mechanical Services and was treated like an absolute fool. It was like the man on the phone didn't have time for a phone call - definitely not the way to treat a potential customer. Based on this first impression alone I will happily not use their services or recommend them.

I have been going to Bill for over 10 years and do not have one bad thing to say. I've had all sorts of work done - from a basic service to major repairs. I've always been happy with his work and price.

Great service, awesome advice. Efficient and reliable. Also a good laugh is always had.

Pretty Dodgy. Ask them for a quote on servicing prices, get the run around. Probably because I'm a woman. Newsflash people, they have a service checklist they operate from, therefore it is possible to quote on a car service, regardless of its condition.They get an extra star for answering the phone and operating outside of normal business hours. But that's it.Where are all the honest trades people?

I had the exact same experience as others on here. When I called up I was actually laughed at just for mentioning the type of car that I wanted to have inspected. No way to treat potential customers. They will not be getting my service

Best mechanic in the shire. My whole family take all their cars to Bill. Will not overcharge you. Once i took my car there and was told i needed a bearing, when i went to pick it up it only needed tightening. I said to Bill how much do i owe you and he said nothing all good to go! Thank you for your honesty Bill another mechanic would have charged me $400. Great service, great work and great guys.

Absolutely the best mechanic I've ever been to (Have been driving/ owning cars for over 20 years so I do know a dodgy mechanic). Have been going here for a few years now and am very happy.As a female client, I am always treated with respect. The boys here are very polite. Have never experienced any hint of rudeness, runaround or anything negative from any of the staff.Charges are always less than I expect. They look after all our family and business cars.All the other clients I have met while there have been happy long time clients.I've dropped a car off in the dead of night from being towed on their doorstep as a little extra surprise for them in the morning (clutch died on me, was not due to anything wrong they had done to the car). and it's never an issue with anything - and they don't overcharge for the emergency repairs.They look after the tiny jobs for me too - change a light bulb, wiper blades. Complete service A++++
