I am writing to express my concern about the unprofessional and rude behavior of the man behind the counter during my recent visit this evening to the petrol station. Despite my clear indication that I was in a hurry and had a limited amount of time, the man persisted in asking what was wrong and making inappropriate remarks.I found this behavior to be completely unacceptable, as it not only caused me to waste valuable time, but it also left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. The man seemed to completely miss the point that I was simply trying to check my petrol pump number, and his persistent questioning and comments only served to distract and delay me further.In a professional setting, it is essential that employees maintain a courteous and respectful demeanor at all times, regardless of the situation. This individual's behavior was a clear violation of these standards and reflects poorly on the petrol station as a whole.I strongly urge you to take appropriate action to address this situation and ensure that all employees receive proper training and guidance in providing excellent customer service. I would also appreciate a prompt response to this matter, as I would like to know what steps are being taken to resolve this issue and prevent it from happening in the future.

My son and I were trying to change my windscreen wipers and really struggling to get it on. I turned around and saw the two staff members pointing, laughing and doing hand gestures at us. It was so embarrassing and unprofessional. Another person noticed this disgusting behaviour and offered to help me thankfully. Will never go back there!

Fuelled car, it then went good. 11/10 would snort there again

Rude checkout operator refused to allow me to use my Woolworths card for 4c discount and points because I had an Ampol card. I always use it at the East bound service station and the Erina service station.

Convenient location for Petrol,Bread and Milk and other grocery needs

Karen behind the counter refused to serve me while I had a mask on, has she forgotten covid exists, or is she just making rules up because she’s deeply miserable

Competitive on their fuel prices could be cheaper.Great coffee and good service by staff they are always welcoming

Usually pretty busy, but they give woolies discount now, so sometimes worth getting fuel here.

Usualky very competitive fuel prices but very busy most times

Good for cheap coffee. Open 24 hours 7 days a week. Not too overpriced. Petrol is usually cheaper here
