Nice shop. Unable to find what I wanted. Little expensive.

Incredibly rude and arrogant staff. I went to return some items today, as per the returns policy. As soon as I mentioned that I was there for that purpose, the employee (older lady, German accent) immediately became hostile. She accused me of washing the clothes (all items still had the paper tags attached and were in perfect condition). She then said I wasn't allowed to return them, but I pointed to the returns policy displayed on the counter. She tried to tell me that all the items were final sale items and not eligible for return, but I pointed out that only one of the items was in that category, and I wasn't trying to return that one. Then she said, Well
