Mei Mei Massage

Well I’m pretty disappointed with the customer service. The massage, was rushed and done very roughly. The experience entirely, was terrible. I had to tell the staff member to put his phone away as he was constantly using it to make calls in the MIDDLE of my massage. I am a mum of 2 little ones, rarely ever get time to myself and so this was supposed to be a relaxing time which it wasn’t. The phone was calling someone the ENTIRE time I was there, I was getting massaged with 1 hand because the other was dialling on the phone. I had to tell him to put his phone away. Will never return here & will be telling my friends about this experience. He also would stop massaging me in the time I’m paying for & get up off his chair multiple times (don’t know where he was going) and would be speaking with other staff and customers, running around.If you want a relaxing environment and full proper service, DO NOT choose this place. Good massage however we were charged an additional $5 for oil, $10 for tiger balm between 2 people. No signs or communication saying these are extra costs. It ended up $51 instead of the $36 we budgeted for between us. Then they are charging an additional 2.5% to pay by card. Sad because we've had great massages in the past but don't like hidden costs or greed.

So incredibly disappointed in this massage place. This used to be a place I would go, feel welcome and feel better when I left. The last 2 visits and just now have left me feeling not welcome and the two massages that I got I wished I hadn’t paid for. I am very specific when I book in a massage to ask for deep tissue and I asked to ensure that they had someone and they ensured me they did which did not happen. Today I asked if they had someone who could fit me in and my usual deep tissue which they said they had. I then waited for my turn. The man at the counter spoke in his language the whole time shouting out to the massage ladies the whole time. The man then asked me from the counter what I wanted. I said it again. I then asked if they could please massage my feet for 5 min each as I did not want a full reflexology and my sciatica. He immediately and ahhh’d and quoted me yet another price. I asked him why the difference in price when I have always gone there for the same thing and never got charged another price. I asked him if he could help or if I should leave and he said leave. NEVER will I ever go back. I suggest if you want a relaxing and decent massage.

Massage is excellent but the staff just don’t stop talking to each other loud in they own language. Find it very rude, yelling out to each other loud. When people having massages they prefer a relaxing, quiet environment

Good massage Therapists here. The only problem I ever have is some difficulty getting appointments. Usually they can fit you in somewhere but you may have to wait. The only reason for this is because their massages are well sort after by their regular clients.Thank you Mei Mei Massage.

Friendly staff and great service, had a massage here, staff talkative and been look after me. Will recommend more friend and family to try.
