Sambaliscious Brazilian Dance and Entertainment

I’m so glad I found Sambaliscious! It is an incredible place to dance. Mishel is an amazing teacher and person, and has created a warm and welcoming environment with a beautiful community of people. Samba is a dance style for all ages and levels of experience, is a beautiful way to express yourself and a fun way to get fit (and fast)! Thank you Mishel!!

Beginners classes are nothing more than a 45 min stretching workout with a few dance moves thrown in for the last 15 min- I don’t recommend this dance class. Intermediate/advanced students are in the beginners class also. There is barely room to move in the small space you can barely see the teacher and the beginners class seems just a way to pay the way for the more advanced students. Other beginners in the class also felt this way.

Mishel & her classes are SO GOOD! She teaches beginners all the way through pro performance with such powerful, graceful, strong energy that you truly do grow to be the very best dancer & performer you can be. I love how she breaks down technique with equal passion to sharing about the Brazilian culture & has so much real life experience to offer. Being a performer myself I find it so valuable learning from someone who’s still actively in the game & knows how to perform in many different environments. I highly recommend Mishel for anyone wanting to give samba a go & definitely recommend anyone who’s already learning the style to take Mishel’s classes too!

I have loved my dance classes at Sambaliscious with Mishel. It been a fun way to exercise and really learn the history of this beautiful dance.Mishel is very patient and takes time to explain and breakdown the steps as well.The online classes supplement the weekly class so you can do as much as you like in between.I’ve met some great people too!

Michelle is such an amazing teacher. I started Samba dance classes as a way to get out of the house and have some fun while exercising. I did not have any dance background but Michelle explains the moves and design the class in a way that no matter your skill level you can learn to Samba. It's a super friendly and fun environment with ladies of all different ages.

Sambaliscious classes with Mishel are fantastic and fun! In a few short months I have felt my basic Samba improve so much, I can’t wait to learn more. Mishel brings her knowledge and respect for Latin American culture to provide dynamic fitness and dance classes. I cannot say enough good things about Sambaliscious.When I signed up for a term of beginners classes at Sambaliscious, I had little to no prior dance experience and knew absolutely no one before attending. I was immediately welcomed by Mishel and the other participants who all created a safe, supportive, and super fun environment. No matter your age, size, fitness level, or dance experience everyone is welcome at Sambaliscious.Mishel is a fabulous teacher who makes each lesson feel like a party. She really breaks down each step to ensure we understand the movements and feel comfortable - I also love how each week we progress a bit further with technique, style and choreography. There are also options to stay at the beginner level and just enjoy the social and fitness benefits of Samba, or you can move up into more advanced classes.

The Sambaliscious dance classes area a great way to gain fitness, dance technique, improved posture and confidence. I have been ‘dancing’ in Sambaliscious classes for 4 years now and learn something every class! Mishel breaks down all the dance moves and then supplements the in person classes with excellent at home online routines.Highly recommend Sambaliscious to anyone of any age who wants to have fun, learn to dance improve their overall wellbeing!

I’ve been doing classes with Mishel for over a year both online and in studio and it’s been so fantastic, she made me feel very comfortable from the moment I entered the studio and I’ve really enjoyed my dance journey this year.
