Salesman from VACC sold it to us as a program that would be better than Auto-Data or Boyces, it is not better than these programs and we do not use it at all even though we are still being charged $88 per month. I understand it is in the contract however we signed up being told it was a product it wasn't. We asked to cancel this however they remind you that you are binded into the contract for 12 months. Would not recommend this product.

Nirav is a Very Knowledgeable when it comes to this product. he beyond Helpful and always available if I encounter any Navigational problems when on the Site. Thanks Nirav.

John and Nirav are extremely great to deal with, If there were any problems they fixed straight away with just a short phone call, Absolutely impressed with the service I received.Treated like a person not just another number.

Received multiple phone calls chasing payment for a subscription that I never signed up for. Each time, I explained that I would not be paying for something I did not use, and had not authorised, yet still received an invoice from them.

This program is useless. So disappointed, was sold a competitive option to autodata however the information available is extremely limited. Have contacted the company on a number of occasions to discuss my concerns with the only solution offered was to call the help desk every time I need information. Quoting 3-4 jobs per day and performing 3-4 logbook services a day would require 6-10 phone calls for information which was advertised as readily available online. I will not be renewing my contract and warn others against signing up.

Nirav has been awesome to deal with! Highly recommend their products for the fact that their support is excellent. My dealings with Nirav have been hiccup free and a pleasure to deal with. Their technical products are also extremely in depth compared to their competitors!

I was sold a website by this company and told it would take 8-12 weeks to develop. It took over 2 years for our auto to develop my website and even once it was finished it was full of errors. They took my $5500 upfront and continually fed me excuses as to why the website was not completed. I was also told when I signed up I would receive a $200 visa gift card, when it never arrived In the mail I asked when I would receive it and was told Im not getting one. I now want to cancel my website hosting and they are refusing to do this and continuing to debit money from my bank account each month. I would never use our auto again, They are very quick to send an invoice and take your money but work does not get done without prompting them to do so and the work quality is extremely poor.

Nirav was an absolute delight to deal with , after going to previous companies who couldn't sort out my issues, he went above and beyond to make it all happen in such short time with my website. Would recommed OurAuto to everyone.

Excellent experience to have met Nirav from Our auto. Very knowledgeable young man. Im still looking into the product. If I choose to buy the product, then I guess credit of that sale will go to Nirav's patience to have guided me. 10/10
