Precision Plumbing Heating and Cooling
The boys from Precision installed a couple of split systems into our house last week at extremely late notice on a very busy week as we were desperate to get them in before the hot weekend ahead. Installation was great, the team were super friendly and willing to help out - including proceeding with a more difficult installation just so we didn't have to have our external units sitting on the deck and tucking them away down the side of the house. We're extremely grateful, huge thanks to the whole team at Precision :-)

I would highly recommend Precision Plumbing and would use them without hesitation for future work. We required a replacement evaporative cooler and Dan completed a prompt inspection, was friendly and knowledgeable throughout the site assessment and provided a competitive quote. All work was conducted very professionally and the site left clean and tidy. Excellent service from a great team.

Not only was their price the most competitive I could find in Geelong, the installers were prompt, courteous, efficient and cleaned up the work area beautifully.The follow up service with a query was given more time and attention than I ever expected.I cannot recommend PPH&C highly enough. The whole process from getting the quote with Dan to completion of the job went without a hiccup.Dean and Josh were very thorough when removing the gas wall furnace and box AC and installing a new split AC. Carl communicated with us in a professional manner. We would highly recommend Precision Plumbing.

Precision Plumbing Heating & Cooling installed a new heating boiler for us at our home which is much more efficient and economical than the previous unit. Precision repsonded immediately for a request for quote and provided good on-site advice when inspecting proposal. Once accepted they quickly set up a suitable time for delivery and installation. At all stages they were highly professional and excellent to deal with. Their crew arrived on time, were fast working and professiosnal and did a first rate job on site (thanks to Dean the team leader I think and crew). Site clean up and unit instructions provided before they left.Highly recommended and will use again.
