Though not the cheapest supplier I could have chosen, Ashley, Karen and the Green Coast Solar team were very professional in managing the acquisition and installation of my Zappi2 charger. I was particularly pleased that they communicated well and arrived on site precisely when they said they would. I would be happy to deal with them again.

The whole process from start to finish was simple and efficiently handled. Our contract was signed one week and then due to a cancellation the team at Green Coast Solar were able to install the system the following week. Ash and his team were easy to deal with and explained everything they were going to do and how it all worked. We are now up and running probably a good month ahead of where i expected to be and are most happy with the products recommended. Would highly recommend the team at Green Coast

They have now installed our 2nd home, the first was them contracting to another company and now direct through them. I would highly recommend Green Coast to anyone that wants quality, workmanship and service long term

Green Coast Solar were the sub-contracted installer for our AlphaESS battery. Ash and Greegan arrived on time and worked non-stop to install the battery. They were professional, polite and competent. The job went relatively smoothly and they cleaned up everything before they left. Ash got the battery connected to the existing solar system and the internet and my phone. Very happy with the standard of work, to the extent that I will get Ash back next year when I paint the roof to remove the system and correct some issues he identified.I trust Green Coast Solar and its staff. Everyone I spoke to and dealt with were great.

The quoting process was excellent. Unlike some installers, Ashley (the owner) and Marlin came in person. This gave me confidence as I got to have a face to face conversation with the people who’ll be doing the installation and not some unknown sub-contractors.They came with 2 options, a 6.6kW and a 8kW system. Ashley actually recommend the smaller 6.6kW system after getting to know my usage and requirement. Ashley spotted my switch box needs to be relocated and being an electrician himself he was able to gave me a good price on the spot.Green Coast wasn’t the cheapest quote I got; however, I felt they know their stuff and most importantly Ashley and Marlin were genuine. The price quoted was fair and there was still room for negotiation.The installation was top notch. Looked great. Ashley took care of the inverter and installed it in the garage as requested. Marlin was up on the roof with the panels. There was also an apprentice sparky there on the day. Because of the placement of the panels, my antenna had to be moved and Marlin was very happy to cater to my relocation requests and kept me informed all the way. Being a tiled roof, I was expecting ‘some’ tiles to break but I was pleasantly surprised that none were broken after the install.Karen, who looks after administration, kept me informed throughout and did all the paperwork with the electricity company. Also I had some questions post the install and Ashley was more than happy to take my call and answered my questions.I will do a follow up review in a few months’ time after I get my first bill.

Just wanted to thank Ash & the team at Green Coast Solar for installing our 13.2kw system in which was completed efficiently & their eye for detail was great in a clean & neat install. Highly recommended for a professional service.
