My go-to store for candles & kitchenware. Visited the store today to stock up on candles and wasn’t too sure if I wanted to try something different. One of the girls came over and was incredibly helpful and had asked what kind of scents we liked/often bought so she was able to recommend some new ones we hadn’t tried before which was awesome. She also took our candles to the counter so we could wander around the store without full hands. Always a great experience but I really appreciated the suggestions and extra help.

Terrible customer service. I ordered straws for my daughter’s water bottle. Based on the product description, they should have fit perfectly. When they arrived, they didn’t fit. I contacted the company for support and they asked me to send pictures, which I did. I merely asked for support to buy the right straws for the bottle or the right bottle for the straws they sent me. I had no response after that time and contacted them again. Still no response a month later. I won’t be supporting this business again.

Difficult to deal with when returning an item. After a considerable amount of time with the issue occurring in front of the sales person and me getting annoyed she piped ‘I’m not arguing that there’s a problem’ even though she originally wanted me to leave the item with her so she could keep ‘testing’ it. Upon finally replacing the faulty item and us returning home and opening it, it was immediately apparent that the previous item had no seal installed. Problem could had been solved in minutes had she bothered to open another one from the store instead of desperately trying to prove that I was lying about it being faulty. Don’t shop here.

I usually don’t complain often but I would give them a 0 if I could. Sent me the wrong product and didn’t reply to any email I sent them. Can’t even use the product because it was completely different. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

I returned a faulty Avanti digital kitchen scale, but had to wait for 30 minutes as the sales staff kept trying to prove me wrong: She kept putting on objects to be weighed on the scale to show that my claim was baseless. The thing is, in reality, you don't fill up the weighing scale - you would weigh a single object each time to find the specific weight of that object. The scale did show constancy but not every time a new object was put on. She told me that I must have done it on an imbalanced surface. But who would use a scale on an imbalanced plane? I returned it as it kept flashing different weights and then revert to the time mode whilst I was still figuring out the actual reading! It was priced at around $47. She told me that if I wanted a more reliable scale [where the reading does not flicker from one to another], I should consider buying a much more expensive weighing scale. But $47, to me, is already expensive. Anyway, I was glad that I got my refund after being subjected to those tests" in front of customers and other staff.Suggestion:Please read their framed rules and regulations displayed at the counter before buying any battery operated products. It is not worth the hassle. Your receipt may not completely reflect what is written in that frame."

Purchased a variety of items online including cutlery, candle, stemless wine glasses and knives. Prices were great and I was happy with all the products I received.The outstanding part, and what actually compelled me to write a review was the packaging. When I picked the order up from Australia Post, the box was ripped and had quite obviously been dropped and/or crushed (probably several times) so I was terrified for the wine glasses I had purchased. 'Fragile' tape had been wrapped all over the box, and still it looked as though the box had been through a war zone. Our local Australia Post shop owners are lovely and suggested I open the package before I went home so that if there was any damage I could sort it out then and there. As I opened the box I realised just how well everything was packed and protected. Layers of bubble wrap were around even the most unbreakable of items to protect them. My box of glasses were no exception. They had several layers or decent bubble wrap around the box, and smaller bubble wrap around each individual glass within the box. Due to this they survived Australia Post completely unscathed.Over the years I have had Australia Post destroy so many items and I am convinced this order would have been another disaster had it not been for the care and attention that went into how these items were wrapped and packed. Thank you!!!
