Flashy descriptions on properties (must’ve had a prior inspections before putting up on market) however, a clear question from outta state if any visible signs of infestations/damages before I make an offer, hire inspections, conveyancing, due diligence etc. Found out visible live active termites in the main patio sitting area with eaten up posts by the pool. I was disappointed looking at the photos as the affected areas were prominently visible & could have shared prior or double checked when asked. A bit personal touch & transparency goes a long way. That’s still okay but what’s annoying was their email when I backed out as the offer was subject to above & expected more property options. Lacking courtesy, email says that they have no properties matching my needs. Really?What a waste of my money and time. Wouldn’t recommend.

Be aware. If buying a property Raywhite does not allow clients to be present during pre-purchase inspection. What are they trying to hide?

Terrible customer service.Strongly suggest you look elsewhere to list your property as there is no assistance to interested buyers.

I had Clifford Wren out to do an appraisal recently. Wich at first went well. Sending me positive Market snapshot.Here's the quicker now I'm a real estate professional it's now I make a living. I know about how valuation on a property.Cliff decided to send me comparable sales wich is awsome its something I would do. Unfortunately I own a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house on 1000m2. His comparable were for 4 bedroom 1 bathroom properties and 3 bedroom 2 bathroom properties some were only on 500m2. All of the comparable sales were from October last year even though there had been recent sales of 4 bedroom places and 4 bedroom 2 bathroom properties in February of this year. Its not professional and a sign of a real estate agent who is only thinking about his commissions and quick sales
