We’ve been dealing with Entry Point for many years now, in fact when it was the original owners. Service and products were very good back then but even better now. They have type of handle to choose from and it’s all quality. I wanted a brass colour handle and when I was having trouble choosing, lady who served me went out the back and showed me one that had just arrived and it was perfect. I spoke with Ben, who was friendly, and super efficient. Our replacement arrived 2 days after our phone discussion. Couldn't be happier with their professional service.
