Excellent reception staff, always lovely and happy to help. We personally see Dr cook and she is wonderful. It doesn't feel like she rushes you, and feels like she genuinely cares. Couldn't recommend this practice enough!

Andrea Baker has been so helpful and caring in her treatment of me.She went above and beyond to explain and guide me through my treatment.I found her to be very gentle and she took the time to make me feel comfortable at every stage.

Dr. Lubke is very compassionate and professional. He thinks from the patient’s perspective and takes patient’s situation into careful consideration. I’m very grateful to be treated by Dr. Lubke. The service at the reception was also friendly.

Always so welcoming and helpful especially when I come in with three young children on my own. They will all go out of their way to do whatever they can to make the experience as stress free as possible. Dr Lubke goes above and beyond every visit and is very patient and caring especially when dealing with my three young children. I don’t live close to the Benowa practice but choose to travel the extra distance because of the staff and the overall experience at My Health Benowa.

When I explained at length the problems I was having, Michelle was very kind and honest and told me she didn't think she had the specific expertise in that particular area to help me. She suggested I make an appointment to see Jenny, one of the other physios who specialises in my area of need.I was very impressed and thankful that Michelle did not charge for today's appointment, even though I took up quite a bit of her time.Thank you so much, Michelle.

I always have the best experience when i go to myhealth benowa. I always visit Dr Tracey Cook because she is very thorough and attentive. The girls at reception are always so lovely and i always leave feeling positive and that things are moving forward.Huge thank you to everyone
