Staff is very good,cooperative, helping and polite. I never had any problem here.best customer service.Coffee is also very good and available at all the time. Prices for fuel is better than other fuel stations. It’s always clean.

Don't trust this store! Make sure you get a receipt from these people.I bought $25.00 worth of petrol and scanned my Flybuys card but when I saw the transaction on my Flybuys account it said I spent $3. So instead of over 10 points I only got 1 point.This can only mean that the woman behind the counter altered the amount. I didn't get a receipt but I will from now on.I think maybe Coles should investigate too because it may mean that the money never went into the register and the woman pocketed $22.00. I did get the correct change so I am out only the points.

Worstest customer service ever. I used to go to this petrol station at least twice per week, if not more. The woman that's on tonight shift at 10pm, has served me several times before, and today she charged me double the price for large tea-- when I mentioned what I normal pay, and shes also charged me previously-- she had the audacity to tell me she's never seen me before. A total outright lie, NEVER AGAIN!!!! THIEVES AND CROOKS!!! People like her should be fired by management!!!

I was just getting petrol on the way to work is morning I needed to wait 3 to 5 minutes for someone to turn on the pump.When I went to pay I said to the guy people need to get to work,He was very rude to me he said he was working to he said I had no patience.He got very angry and started sreaming get out of the shop.I for his name he had no name tag on he was Indian with glasses. Working today 6th April 2023.I will welcome a email of Coles.
