Amazing service. Friendly helpful staff. I was a complicated customer in the midst of lockdown and the staff here bent over backwards to help, working out how what I needed to be done, could be done. 5 stars from me!

I would like to commend the staff at Harvey Norman, Armidale, for their continued good service and support. Thanks to Brett who was on his day off this week and still spent an hour with me answering all my questions on a new clothes dryer! Thank you to all you other lovely and helpful staff. Thumbs up to Walt and Lachlan for their cheery delivery today; Walt is a truly amazing driver and can turn a truck on a pinhead!

Had what I was looking for at a reasonable price. The young lady who served me was very nice and new exactly what it was I was looking. Very knowledable and friendly young lady. She made ita pleasurable experience.

Every time I purchase something with the bonus gift card offer, I never receive the gift cards, I'm told that they will be sent in the mail, but they are never sent. This is multiple times, so I'm almost certain a member of the store is keeping them, as that's the only explanation, and I'm not the only person to have this issue with them.

This is a small store. Has all the white goods and other items other Harvey Norman stores carry. Staff were helpful and friendly.
