I’m a little stumped as to how they have received 5 star reviews for service! I felt like I was a complete inconvenience to them from the time I arrived to the time I left! Their abilities to repair a car could be good but I would not know as I had almost nothing said to me through the whole process. I came here as this is my closest BYD service centre but will happily drive the distance to avoid moving forward. Some constructive criticism, learn some customer service skills if you wish to keep customers!

Ive been using this mechanic shop for over a year now , junior is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, fair, and clear. You can tell He has experience in the job . Highly recommend.The service was great, Was informed about problem, cost and time frame of repair needed. True 2 their word was done in time they said and cost was exactly what they quoted me. No surprises here. Just good quality service all around

Charged over $200 for wipers, that didn’t need replacement.They were slower than usual (probably understaffed),the tyres weren’t cheap too. When I got quoted on the phone I could understand half the information as the person spoke very quickly. I thought they did a major service but they didn’t.

I recently visited this mycar in Southbank and I was impressed by their friendly and helpful staff. They were able to answer all my questions and provide me with great service. The booking system was quick and easy, which made it very convenient for me. The prices were also very reasonable, which was a pleasant surprise. This is the worst car mechanic in Melbourne, and I strongly advise against taking your car there.I brought my car in for a regular service, but after they completed it, I noticed that they didn't do certain items on the checklist they claimed to have done, such as wheel rotation and balancing. When I brought this to their attention, they continued to insist that they had done it, even though it was clear they hadn't. The people working at this mechanic's shop were unprofessional and rude, which ultimately tarnishes the myCar brand.

Worst experience I've ever had with mechanics in australia.We went there for a service and a check because of a certain noise coming from the front wheel..The 2 people Who worked on the car were not friendly at all.. and probably too busy to take 5 mins to explain what's happening with the car.. they only said that we have to change one of the parts very urgently, as soooooon as we can.. for about 600 dols. Straight away we went to another mycar Who told us that he doesn't understand why we chould change it as it seems like it has been changed recently, wich is true.. he was abviously surprised how the first mechanic didn't see the real problem as it was soo clear where the noise is coming from.. so he told us it's about another part (1000 dols) and he's going to work on it and the car would be ready after 3 days..1 week and a half later he said he's sorry cause he got the wrong part and he can not get the right one and we should not drive the car.. so we wasted time, money, energy and half of our holidays in a caravan waiting for nothing..
