Great customer service & guidance on options for fixing my iPhone! Dropped my Samsung and cracked the screen while I was visiting some friends in Sandringham. Thankful I found local place that could fix it fast and for a good price! I highly recommend these guys for any type of cell phone repair - they were very knowledgeable and professional.

I work in the NDIS industry and this company deliberately exploited a client with a disability. They were told one price when leaving their phone for repair and when they went to collect their phone they were told that it would be an extra $50. This place is unethical and untrustworthy. DO NOT USE THEM as THEY EXPLOIT PEOPLE WITH DIDABILITIES by RIPPING THEM OFF!!!

Enquired the cost and details via online chat. Quick turn around and responsive. Although they do not have the part was not in-stock but offered ETA and provide details on the repair. Follow-up call when the part arrived and advised that they have new store opened in Southland.Repair took 5 minutes, while another staff have yet to register my profile, which is amazing. Fast and easy, the job completed perfectly. Very friendly staff members. Highly recommended.

We used this company for the first time yesterday and we couldn’t be happier!! I live interstate and needed to organise for my elderly mother’s phone (she lives in Melbourne) to be repaired. The people at Insta could not have been more helpful!! They travelled to Mum’s home within the hour and were able to fix her phone quickly and at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend this company.

Went to replace glass screen protection for my mobile. Adviced by owner, that silicone screen protection is much better I went for it, mind you, cost $50 instead of $30. Ten days later went back, since silicone protection film had bubbles, also moved" sideway on the screen. I wasn't happy!! I was told that never happened before with other customers. I requested as originally intended to put glass screen protection which was $20 cheaper. Glass screen protection was put on...however $20 price difference was refused to be refunded. NEVER WILL GO THERE AGAIN
