I tried to ring about aan appointment I’d made and for a store that sells phones it seems you haven’t got a clue how to answer them you lost me I’ll wait till I go somewhere else to buy a new phone stick you store

Ordered a Phone waited a few weeks did not hear from them, So i went into the store and then herd there was a problem, Seriously where is the customer service, then i was told i had to do Direct debit that may work for people who work but not when your unemployed or are a full time career for your child with a disabilty"Looks like i will discontinue with Telstra and find a service provider with better custormer service and with out direct debit.Sad day as i have been with telstra for too many years to count.more people need to leave to stop this direct debit as it is outrageous."

I had an amazing experience at Telstra. I was tended to by a new employer who utilized his expertise in assisting me with purchasing a new phone and establishing a plan. The staff were also incredibly friendly and courteous, and had the respect to have a minute of silence at 11 am to pay respect to those who served our country. Moreover, I couldn't recommend better customer service and assistance and I am proud to be providing 5 stars for this review.

This store can’t service anyone from NSW- silly given they’re on the state border. Very dissatisfied. Had to buy the phone elsewhere. They lost $1100 today. Store does not have a means of contact to discuss with management.

Had an issue with my phone last saturday, the guys at the store went out of their way to assist, end result phone working correctly again and a very happy Telstra customer thanks heaps guys, i will not hesitate in future to go to this store.
