Castlebrook Memorial Grounds are a beautiful site to lay your loved ones, however, it is BY FAR the worst customer service our family has ever experienced and added tremendous trauma and frustration to an already difficult time.There were endless manufacturing delays on the plaque we ordered for our loved one (10+ months to be exact) and the staff showed no care or proactivity to provide us with updates, or give us a deadline of plaque completion. It took us giving them a deadline for Castlebrook to actually take action. Throughout this process, Castlebrook staff dodged our phone calls, didn't respond to emails, and treated us with no care or compassion for what we were going through. To top it off, they didn't even let us know once the plaque was finally placed - even though they said they would. WE had to be the ones to repeatedly call and chase them to get this news and found out 12 days after the plaque was laid.We don't want any other family to go through what we have gone through with Castlebrook so please use caution before choosing Castlebrook as a final resting place for your loved ones.

If I could give a no star I would. I like leaving positive reviews but the service here is awful. Yes the lawns look beautiful. I literally went through nearly everything one of the other bad reviewers went through. My mother passed in November and it is a very difficult time. After numerous calls hoping plaque would be down by her birthday and then Mother’s Day, saying theyd get back to me ( not even once). And wasn’t put down by then. Going to reception and keep telling me I owe such an amount (over $2,000) when it was a huge amount less. Blaming their internet ( seriously get it fixed!) then I went last month to her resting place to see the plaque was on! Not a phone call to tell me! But the worst thing is they put the wrong plaque on! Went to reception and said getting it fixed. Then why didn’t you call so I didn’t get such a shock when I got there???I finally went last weekend as family wanted to see the resting sight and it’s fixed. Again, yes you guessed it, no phone call.You put me and my family through so much more grief than needed.You need to1; fix your internet2, fix your customer service3, get back to people when you say your going too.4, fix your billing. We had 3 people paying this bill and for all we knew you could of been paid x3

Lovely peaceful place. Great place to lay your loved one to rest. Grassy well manicured lawns and tidy gardens. Nice view of Rouse Hill shopping centre & surrounds (I like Botany Cemetery better for the view but who cares if you're dead & 6 feet under?!?)Not sure about the process of arranging burial, but I've heard some tales about the mercenary moneygrabbing tactics and horrendous cruel charges from other places.Well laid out, big wide roads, the only toilets are in the main building which could be more than a good walk away from where your particular burial might be happening. Never had trouble parking. Nice place to visit but remember it's a place we're all going and can't escape! God have mercy on me, Annette, Rosie, Tony, Francesco....

We found the staff at Castlebrook extremely helpful and kind during one of the most difficult times of life for my family.A concierge named Michael went the extra mile for us the day before my dear father's funeral in helping us get the AV functioning correctly. And on the day, everything played perfectly. Thank you Michael.Professional and compassionate in all our interactions, Castlebrook staff were excellent. The chapel and the grounds there are a beautiful place to say farewell.

It's okay, but would it hurt for the owners to add some pedestrian walk ways? I think they've just assumed that everyone arrives via a car, and it turns out that pedestrians either have to dodge the cars on the road or walk on pretty sodden grass. Anyhow, a minor complaint given the moving atmosphere of the place. Also, the web site is pretty limited compared to other cemeteries (which allow you to get the location of a grave you're after).

If I could give you zero stars, I would.Castlebrook will take your money for a niche, change the name on their paperwork without your knowledge or consent, and then tell you that you can't inter anyone in the niche until you prove you are the person on the form they themselves changed. Then they want to inconvenience the affected client by forcing the client to correct Castlebrook's error even though it wasn't the client's fault and the client never signed the document which appears to be an internal document. They expect the client to obtain statutory declarations to correct an administrative error on their end. So, the relative has to prove she isn't the person on the form they changed, but is the person who paid for the niche. To do that she needs photo ID and is 84 and doesn't have any (WW2 all identification documents destroyed and never held a passport or license in Australia).Truly appalling.

Absolutely terrible customer service from Castlebrook! Highly do NOT recommend! No return call from Cheryle- NEVER! Grandfather died in April 2021, and headstone is still not done. Castlebrook reckons lockdown from COViD and having to get headstone from Melbourne. Honestly, couldn’t get it done in Sydney?! Will be lucky to have it done by Christmas 2021. They have taken our money out of the bank in September, and NOT provided a service- totally illegal and shouldn’t have been cashed before product provided. No option to pay only a deposit until work completed. Multiple calls to Castlebrook provide only excuses and no one calls us back. Will be going to Fair trading if headstone isn’t placed within the next week!

My best friend/ cousin was burried here, he was 11 years old.. just a quick reiminder that this is a cemetry not a park, in early july while we were burying my cousin, there were people on the benches talking selfies as if it was a park. It just hurts.

Beautiful grounds. Chapels have a good AV system set up and the staff are very helpful.

Helped my mother with buying a wall niche at Castlebrook. Angelika was incredibly helpful and so lovely to deal with. Her professionalism and manner far exceeded our expectations and we are truly grateful.
