These beautiful people made this special super cupcake for my girlfriend 30s birthday.The accept my pickup in closing times, just for me, they're very special and they made these cakes with love and dedication following special requirements!

Excellent!! We ordered Disney Princess cupcakes and they were so beautiful we didn’t want to eat them! But I’m glad we did because they were also delicious! My four year old daughter couldn’t have been happier!

Gorgeous cake and wonderful service!Cake arrived in slightly mangled condition. A quick call into the shop and it was taken back quickly for a fix and, viola! The cake arrived back in perfect condition within a couple of hours. Thank you for saving the day!

It's the second year in a row we ordered our son's birthday cake with TCF. Last year they did a wonderful job with the Pepa Pig themed b-day cake, it looked so cute, though we admit it was a little too dry for our taste. This year, we wanted a themed cake they didn't have on the website, but they happily accommodated our request and did a better job with the cake than the example I sent. I found the cupcake factory by accident when I realised I needed 20 mini cupcakes on short notice for my twins' birthday party. As I scrolled through the website, I was amazed by how incredible the products looked and how reasonably priced they were. I decided to take a chance and not only ordered the 20 mini cupcakes i needed for the twins' party, but 36 cheesecake cups, and two birthday cakes for the day of their actual birthday, which I was planning on making myself. I was feeling skeptical.when the twins' party day arrived, the cupcakes and cheesecakes were delivered with a smile, and storage instructions. they looked BEAUTIFUL and everyone commented on how yummy they were. Three days later, on the twins' actual birthday, their cakes arrived. Wow. Wow. Wow. they were stunningly beautiful and even better yet, they tasted incredible!!!!Cupcake factory will absolutely be our go-to for all our orders in future. amazing prices, service and products. i cannot thank you enough!!

I am really happy with my Indulgence Cupcake dozen. It was for my partner's birthday - a surprise delivery on a Saturday.I noticed another comment this morning about the $38 delivery fee. I am also in the western suburbs and I thought given the circumstances of my location compared to the shop - as well as having a fresh delivery arrive on a Saturday - I thought the delivery fee was more than reasonable. Happy to pay that.My surprise went according to plan and I am thankful to have this service. Thank you.
