Bought hilux alternator and some idle pulleys last year and it started making noise like 4 weeks ago. They cant do anything about it. Such a poor customer service.

be very mindful when buying from here. when there is a fault with a product that is less than twelve months old they will pretend that there is no manager or no one in charge to speak with to resolve the problem.everyone is in China they say....disgraceful!

Bought an alternator for my Mazda MPV, but could not use it because the connector socket was slightly different. But the price was very good and the part was very difficult to find elsewhere. Luckily I could find a used alternator, so returned the new one back. They refunded the money on the same day! Good service and I don't regret trying them, though the part did not work out for me.

Bought a jeep wrangler radiator from them was advertised as being for an automatic doesn't have the mounting hole to install the transmission cooler. Offered $20 compensation not blaming the mechanic for missing one hole. Mechanical fees replacement radiator has cost me big dealing with these ****wits don't deal with them they won't back there product

In recent weeks I bought a mechanical item from this company.The item was not like the item they showed on their site.The item looks re manufactured not new.There was evidence that a certain part of this item is damaged.I have sent many an email plus photos. They claim not to have received photos. I sent them again to another email that they requested. The only response has we will look after you and get this fixed. This has not happened.I have tried to ring them on the mobile that they have and has rung out 3 times to a message bank.Overall very poor customer service and response. I have now esculated a compliant to eBay and pay pal.Chris McGrath
