Applique Clothing Alterations

I went to the store on level 3 to get my pants altered. The lovely little lady there measured me up and I asked her if she could get them altered by today and she did it within a couple hours!! Absolute life saver because the event is in the evening. She did an amazing job and the pants fit perfectly!

i'm not one to complain but, we had discuss a price on two of my work shirts of $60 , they were done a week later. She had changed the price to $90 and had not called me to consult on the changes. She then refused to go back on the price I really needed them back and paid the price but i am extremely disheartened to be scammed like this. I understand that macathur square has high rent prices but that is not a valid reason for you to change the price so suddenly

Quick efficient service

Dropped it off on Saturday, had 4 pairs of pants to alter for work and I picked it up on Thursday night. She did an amazing job and finally pants that fit my height! Highly recommend :) will be back again!

Such a terrible experience. Would not recommend. First of all they couldn’t find my pants- had to wait while they searched between their two shops to find them. Then when they did they had the wrong receipt on it- she tried to ask me to pay for them again even though I paid the day I took them in. Then we noticed she had sewn the pocket to the zipper of the pants and so she rang the girl from the other store that did it ( on speaker phone) and the girl said it was because she was in a rush. The lady said she didn’t have time to fix it and made the other lady walk from the other store to come and do it- all while I waited AGAIN.. all we got done was a new zipper put on the jeans- I don’t think it needed to be that hard

I've been told to pick up my clothes on Sunday at 11 am. Arrived at 3pm and the clothes was not ready. Had to wait another hour to get it. When I asked her why didn't she just call me to let me know that it's not ready.. she said she is very busy. Won't come back.

What a joke of a place. ZERO customer serviceOpens up 20 minutes late with no regard other then ‘you should of come yesterday if it was urgent. Contacted via mobile over 10 times no answer.. Never again!!

I’m not a very happy person that one has to wait for the shop to open where it shows on website that it opens at 9am but I’m sitting in front of shop. This is not good

Absolutely horrible customer service. Do not come here unless you want to be met with rudeness and hostility
