Best Cuts

Went there the other weekend and had an amazing cut and colour. Mum and I went to get their $99 full colour and 10 foils and lefts beeming with happiness. They took so much time and care to make sure our hair was just how we wanted it and they didn't try to shorten the time they spent on us even with others coming in and asking for a hair cut. We saw Nicha and Christina and we couldn't be happier, from their friendly personality and striving to please us, we will definitely be returning in the future.

I visited the shop upon one of my friend's recommendation that I should get haircut from Nisha. When I went to the shop, as there was no one on the reception, I went to Nisha to ask her for appointment but before I could do that, this rude old lady with short blonde hair told me stay back and wait there as Nisha is with a client. I understand but the way she told me was really rude and unprofessional. I felt like she was being racist. While I was talking to Nisha, the lady kept staring at me rudely and made me uncomfortable. Really disappointed at their customer service. Wish I could give a minus star rating if it were possible. Horrible experience.

Had mine and my daughters hair done yesterday by Priscilla, could not have been more professional or helpful. Friendly and very happy with the end result. Why if people are unhappy do they not talk to the salon rather than slander them on these forums

Got a full head of foils and cut today by Bell .Looks amazing!!! . Colour is awesome and cut well done . The best friendly service and took time to listen to what I wanted . Will definitely be going back to see Bell . Thankyou for making me look and feel so confident.

Thank you Chloe and Pricilla for your excellent service today, booked in for half head of foils and Chloe was super, so friendly and bubbly, understood what I was looking for and went above and beyond to give me the result I wanted.As a full time traveler with blonde hair it’s a challenge to find hairdresser’s who can fit you in or work with you for a likely one off appointment but the ladies here really did care about the outcome. I don’t always end up with something I love but if I’m in Geelong again I won’t hesitate to book back here.Thank you both so much for everything.
