Worst costumer service. This is my local PO for years and I dread having to go there for anything. The ?Father & Son? are so rude.Zero rapport with the community they work in and going by these reviews I’m not the only one who thinks this. Sell up and leave please.

Horrendous service - always an argument before staff are willing to attempt to find ways to help you with anything. Will be redirecting any future deliveries to my mothers house just to avoid going back into this post office again.

If getting your passport renewed - they will deem your photos non-compliant if you don't get them done with them! As far as Parcel collection - my son couldn't collect his birthday gift addressed to him (even with my licence) because as a 12 year old he didn't have adequate ID. Wish this wasn't our local. If you can avoid - I suggest you do!

This is our local post office and we have always found the staff and service bad but never thought bad enough to write a review. However, I had to send a parcel recently and was not told about a cheaper option that I found later on on the Australia Post website. Expect more from Aust Post employees.

Previous owners of the post office were lovely (Ivan) but the new owners are extremely rude, snicker when you ask questions and have 0 customer service skills. Ormond Road is my local post office but I will go ANYWHERE but there so I don't have to deal with the rude owner.

So incredibly un helpful. Australia post is the worst business in Australia!! Charge more and do less. They close at 4pm so normal people who work cant get there and they won't deliver parcels to another location.At least the CEO walks away with MILLIONS OF DOLLARS!!

I come here almost once a week, the staff are very friendly and easier to communicate with, and I asked them to take ID photos for me, the staff is very helpful, and I’m so grateful the photo quality is really great :)
