Amazing work by Scott and Paul’s team. I was foolish enough to not have full insurance, ended up hitting a roo. Called des cooper’s, they organised the towing from garvoc and fixed my car within my budget!Loved their work and the lengths they went to keep it within what i could afford.

Friendly staff but job took much longer than initially advised. No contact to advise of the delays. Also, I would recommend they covered open sections of vehicles when panels are removed - the dirt and dust inside the vehicle from sitting in the shed open is terrible. Disappointed.

Took a car in for a insurance quote after being abused by des got into the office and told the girl behind the counter about being unimpressed with my treatment was then told by an apprentice that they where not interested in repairing my car anyway as they don’t really what to do aami insurance work anyway. Very unprofessional will never recommend them to anyone

It was going to be 6 - 7 weeks just to get a quote for a small job.It's good that they are busy which maybe reflects the quality work.
