Shocking people skills and customer service from the Gentleman that appears to be in charge. The attitude is clearly rubbing off on the staff. The overall experience here is terrible and seems to be a trend over a few visits. Staff are standoffish and quite unfriendly. The expectation almost seems to be that a person walking into the store should have all the knowledge of a Pharmacist themselves and pretty much know exactly what the need.

If I could give minus stars I would. For a pharmacy that accepts scripts via email and fax, the email on their website is wrong and their fax doesn’t seem to work. There was a pharmacist that used to work there that was super friendly and helpful but I haven’t seen him in ages and the last few times I have been in the staff had no idea what was going on or what order to help people in and I ended up waiting about half an hour. I love small, local Pharmacies but this place is the pits, unprofessional and disorganised. Easier to just go 50 meters up the road to the new Pharmacy near Coles.

One of the greatest pharmacies I've been to in my life. The Asian lady and Asian man pharmacists are so helpful when I needed to find some products and offered me great advice on it. Anyone else who says otherwise is autistic. Such as that lady who waited 50 minutes" and "nearly collapsed""

They dont let you know by msg or phone call that your delayed order has arrived, that's really frustrating cause you're waiting for your order thinking its not there yet but it is.The staff aren't friendly here, they need to be trained in customer service.I only come here cause I moved to the area and its close, I hated going into stanhope shops cause finding parking is almost impossible. But the terry white chemist at stanhope is way friendlier and always so helpful

It's great. Friendly staff who are always willing to help but they're not overbearing. The pharmacist was friendly and very attentive to ensure they understood my medical history so their advice was accurate. Wait times for scripts aren't long and prices are good too! Will definitely be back!

I wish i could give a zero.The worst customer service I've experienced ever. Everytime I've been in this pharmacy, the staffs are standing around and chatting instead of serving customers who are waiting at the register. I'm asthmatic and i had severe asthma attack, i needed to get steroids asap, the lady with the loud as voice told me the meds will be ready in 10mins, hence i went and sat in my car. Got back to pick up my medication and it wasn't even ready. Instead of processing my script they were busy gossiping and laughing. When i requested she replied in a rude manner and instead of serving me she purposefully started serving other customers. There were no customers when i had dropped in my script and yet still i had to wait for others to be served and got served the last. I nearly collapsed just waiting for meds. It took them 50 mins to process for only steroids. I would never ever go to that pharmacy even if I'm dying. Worst customer service.Btw just an update requested by the owners and i cannot reply.The incident happened late november. So yes that was my first and my last visit.

Customer service is non existent. The staff just stay behind the counter and don’t bother to come around and help. The ambience is cold and you almost feel unwelcome.Terry White’s brand reputation at stake

I paid $20 for a prescription that I normally pay $12.99, and it was a generic brand,which means they charged the same for a generic as a name brand at other chemist's.

I would give minus stars if I could I always get my medication ordered in advance since they never have the stock which they do everytime never had an issue til today when the pharmacists complains about how expensive it is to order it. Besides the attitude while answering the phone will never come back again. Even when I do come in to pick it up the pharmacists does not smile and looks like he hates his job personally you should be fired!

Loved the old Pharmacist Man that had been there for years, I couldn’t fault anything about him if i tried. The 2 new men behind the counter are so rude, I can’t stand them. They take forever to give you your medication and They don’t smile or give you much eye contact at all. I dropped a prescription off before I went into Woolies. I then Went back an hour later and it still wasn’t ready and I ended up still having to wait longer. The young girl is really nice, I’ve gotten to know her face over the years I have been coming in. The tall boy with the blonde hair needs to stop playing with his hair and flicking his fingers through it every 2 seconds because it’s so unprofessional.
