Educate your staffs at the Deli (fish section) to be professional and not to be rude, especially the young girl (with glasses) and the big young man (with slightly long hair) who attended that section.Made a complaint to the manager (Sam), not sure what follow up that she would do to the two unprofessional staffs.I have been shopping at Wollies for nearly twenty years. This rude and ridiculous staff behaviour is annoying - will also lodge a complaint to Woolies’ Customer Care tomorrow.It is a shame that a big shop/company like this cannot train its staffs to be professional!

I'm a disability support worker and I will never take my customers here ever again. I've been teaching my customer manners due to the nature of his disability he can sometimes get confused he walked in front of a line and I gently told him not to go in front. A staff member came up and yelled at my customer. My customer became distressed and started yelling you have to keep in mind he is very young mentally. The other staff were shaking their heads and raising their eyebrows I despise discrimination it really suprises me that this could happen in this day and age.

Grapes very very old, took them back, watermelon believe it or not $8.. Manager needs assessing as prices are obviously snuck upwards and veg quite sad.

Huge range of products especially in the seafood and delicious cold meats x section . Also Includes the fresh vegetables section. ! Thank woollies. ( USED MY POINTS)

Service counter - Nicko, what a breath of fresh air you are! No problems with past staff, all were wonderful. Nicko, always happy, fun, interactive and an absolute pleasure. Great to see someone full of life serving at the front desk. Love it.

This 5 stars review is not given to woolsworth bull creek. I want to give this 5 stars service to a staff name JESS. Tonight i went to woolsworth shopping around 8.50pm. After getting my groceries, i go to quick pay counter. A man with glasses is there, he is very busy, not busy working, he busy chatting with a guy. After finished chat, he go away. He refuse to serve me. I‘m very angry. At that moment, a staff go pass see me wait in the counter, straight away she go to counter serve me even she is not work at that counter. I have to say, JESS you are a very good staff. Thank you for save my time to queue in other counter.

It's a Woolies and has most what other Woolies would have.... That's about all I can say about it. Not far off the freeway if you're on your way home from South and need to collect a few goods
