Just completed the 12 series !The 12 sessions of Structural Integration have been absolutely transformational in helping achieve better posture, awareness of my body and fixing issues related to my ACL reconstruction.Natalie definitely knows her stuff and would highly recommend to anyone that wants to live with a pain free body!
