What an amazing buying experience!! I ordered a sink plug online on Friday and it was delivered on Monday. Every step of the online process was seamless and the communication about the delivery of my item was spot on. Even the phone call I received from a staff member on Monday morning confirming my order and advising the product would be delivered later that day was very reassuring. Great customer service, great communication and a buying experience which was seamless from start to finish. And that was for a $17 plug! Well done Winning Appliances Chadstone.

Bought a $1900 rangehood, and only when calling Winning to confirm delivery date did I hear that it was unavailable and on back-order. Was never advised of any stock issues when purchasing- was in fact told that my delivery date of choice would be fine.UPDATE- had to return to the store (Chadstone)due to the wrong rangehood being ordered- which was my fault. In store they were extremely helpful and spent a bit of time finding a rangehood which would fit and was in stock, then arranged early delivery to be available for the installers I had booked. The in store experience certainly redeemed the annoyance about the rangehood being on back order in the first place.

We received excellent, excellent customer service from Maree. Very knowledgeable, exceptionally helpful and friendly. We are replacing old appliances therefore measurements differ and its not straight forward but Maree took the time working out what would work.Highly recommended going to this store and what a wonderful asset Maree is to the company.

Horrible. We were betrayed. We bought the Miele washer dryer for over 3k and they decided to not deliver to us. I gave them instructions, to deliver to us asap, but after some excuses they decided to push the delivery date back and then failed to call me. Apparently after further follow up, they said they could deliver the washer dryer another week. What the hell is going on?

I’d say it is a showroom serves the purpose of a showroom. It is a place for customers to ask questions to check on the appliances. It is open and welcoming overall a good showroom.

I ordered a cloth washer online 6/2. It wasn’t in stock and I can pick 20/2 as delivery date. Then I didn’t receive any confirmation. Until 19/2 no one contacted me so I contacted them online and they said they were waiting for stock. 23/2 I received a message they told me the stock will arrive 27/2 and they will contact me when in stock. 1/3 I contacted them online and they told me they are waiting for stock.Asked for refund. 2/3 Asked refund by phone. 3/3 They ask for delivery time and I told them I want refund agian 4/3 someone contacted me said will cancel the order and refund me 7/3 they asked for delivery time again!!!!! I forwarded the whole email but still ask for delivery time 8/3 they said will cancel my order 15/3 still waiting for refund

My wife and I spent 2 hours with Maree today at Winnings. I cannot speak more highly of her. She is extremely friendly, knowledgable most importantly patient. Highly recommend Maree!

I can’t speak highly enough of Winning Appliances and Carlos who has helped me through the whole process of buying appliances for our new kitchen. The in store experience was great and then the ordering and communication even better. We were also able to get next day delivery which was amazing. Do yourself a favour, don’t bother buying your appliances from anywhere else!

We bought a $3100 Miele washing machine on the 1st of December and got told it will be delivered on the same day. After paying and the manager called me saying that because they have to order online it will have to be delivered the next Wednesday instead (7th of December).On the 7th of December, the driver failed to contact my partner when he arrives at the address even though I have specifically instructed him verbally over the phone and via text message because I’m at work all day with patients.The driver just left without even trying to contact either me or my partner on the day.Today, someone named Melanie from Miele called me and blamed me not being at home on the delivery day on the 7th and stated that the only available date for the next delivery is 16th of December.I tried to contact both Winning compliances and Miele and no one can help us out because they are just too busy.Both stores failed to deliver what they have promised and this is against consumers’ laws with their misleading advertisements. Please be prepared for the law suit.
