I just met Elizabeth today for my Covid19 vax booster and all I can say is that she is hands down the kindest and sweetest pharmacist I have ever met. She has a genuine care for her customers. You feel welcomed and looked after. Thank you Elizabeth, it's wonderful to have such a sweet pharmacist as our local in Elwood.

Lairds Pharmacy is by far the best pharmacy i have had dealings with & believe yme I've had a few over the previous 5 years. Im presently on the Methadone program which requires me to attend the pharmacy daily, im always greeted with a smile. Elizabeth always has a general concern for my welfare and treats me with the upmost respect. Last but not least and the most important im treated as an EQUAL!!!

I can’t recommend this pharmacy enough, real community values, Elizabeth is a caring compassionate highly professional pharmacist that will go above and beyond to help her customers. Her knowledge on eastern and western medicine is second to none. If I could give more stars I would.

This is a great local business. Elizabeth always takes the time to speak to her clients personally. She's always open well past her trading hours. The staff is friendly, if they don't have what you want they will order it in for you.

I'd rather avoid the hefty price mark-up and live without unsolicited advice. If you need advice ( and don't mind it being without discretion) this is the place to come. I think there needs to be some awareness of people's privacy. Some may consider this customer service" but I go to my GP for medical advice. Couldn't telling someone " we're not judgmental here" give them the impression there maybe something they should be judged about?"

Such a hidden gem of a pharmacy. Had my flu shot here and here, quick, easy and absolutely lovely. I've seen a review on here about advice? I would always be guided and trusted by a pharmacists advice. My father has an incurable cancer and many times has his doctor not realised he's prescribed incorrect doses based on other medication he's on. A good pharmacist is always hard to come by, and they're extremely good at their jobs. :)

You could not get a more caring Pharmacist/Dr as we are gifted with Elisabeth & her niece -I worked in pharmacy for many years & was a medical representative never meet anyone like this lady - Trust her advice totally understand her obligations to ask questionsI was once in the shop & she asked a staff member to ring around elderly customers to check on them as it was a hot day -Now that’s extra care !!!

I understand that pharmacists want to give helpful advice and guide consumers to the right products. However I don't want to be treated like a criminal who's doing something wrong, just because I ask for rikodeine. I am well aware that some people buy these products to misuse them, but I don't appreciate having to prove" that I have a dry cough. If I wanted to misuse codeine
