After 26 months in the home we're still waiting for the majority of items on the laundry list of items to be repaired as per the 12 months post handover contracted arangement. After attempting contact several times to arrange the correction of the faults we're now not getting responses at all from Path.Items on the list include doors not opening due to slab movement ( as described by the site supervisor), cracked rendering, poor quality laying of flooring and sanding / resealing of internal stairs.

Terrible terrible builders. Avoid them like the plague especially when it comes to maintenance issue. The woman doesn’t even reply. Poor product, poor service, stay away from these guys.
