Halfway Motors - Repco Authorised Car Service Nhill

Sending a thank you and special shout out to Brent Tough who provided excellent service attending a breakdown just outside Nhill on Aug9, 22. Driving from Adelaide to make an urgent connection with the Spirit of Tasmania in Melbourne our van blew a tyre about 100km west of Nhill and then a second blowout exiting Nhill at around 8pm. Both tyres were totally shredded with the other two facing imminent failureOn contacting RAA they patched us through RACV to Brent Tough who then towed us to a safe spot in Nhill to leave our van over night. Brent offered to arrange accommodation & food however as we already had mobile accommodation we declined. He assured us that by 8am the next day he would source the correct tyres in Horsham to fit our van and have them delivered in Nhill by 9.30am. He was aware that we needed our tyres fitted by 12noon to make our Spirit of Tas connection. True to his word he not only sourced the correct tyres in Horsham but managed to get all 4 tyres supplied and fitted in time to make the final leg to Melbourne.My wife and I would totally recommend Brent and his associates at Halfway Motors for their ability to provide courteous professional service while still meeting tight deadlines.

cannot thank these lovely people enough, seriously.We broke down about 10 mins outside nhill, phoned them to alert them that if got moving again that we would be paying them a visit, they were busy that day but offered to see us first thing the next day, so that's what we did. 8am we arrived and was assisted with our van to see what was wrong with it, unfortunately the engine had packed in. Anyway, we were invited into their staff room and told to make ourselves at home and stay as long as we needed.We had to get ourselves to Adelaide to get a hire car as Nhill is in the middle of no-where. We were advised of train or buses and even offered a lift to the train from these people.We had to leave our van with them over night and return the next day to collect our belongings from it.No other buisness I have met have gone to that length with customer service, honestly so kind hearted and trustworthy.Made a very stressful and upsetting time for us, much more easy and relaxed.Can't recommend them enough, sadly didn't catch their names.Lots of love 'the Scottish travellers' x

I was on a trip to melbourne and these people rip me off getting my money and not doing thier job. I used wrong fuel (adblue) and they said they have flashed the fuel line and cleaned the tank after coming back to adelaide my car broke down on the way and took it to mechanic and they took another few litters of adblue and told me these people didnt do the job properly and ripped me off im getting raa to sew them and get my money back . They told me maximum there have to be few millimeters left in tank not few litters DONT TRSUT THESE PEOPLE IF YOUR NOT NEAR THEM THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF(I HAVE VIDEO PROOF)

Eh it was ok but they didn't give a hire car or a place to stay while the car got repaired
