Purchased a light switch for my truck. It was not suitable because of the mount size. Went in today to get a refund 20 odd days after purchase as l live 40 minutes away. Not just around the corner. Told l could not get a refund because it was more than 7 days since date of purchase.Told l could purchase something else. I responded that normally trading terms are 30 days and that l will never purchase from thereWhat an arrogant Manager

Friendly fantastic service - gave them a list of items to purchase and they went through it and the next day I got what they had and will get the rest online thanks so much!I bought a rotary drill set and not sure why but the small drills were coming off (I use them the most so is that it?) Still covered within one year warranty so thanks :) got a new working one to replace the old one hopefully they know what happened to it!Great place to get 3D printing filaments as well!Staff has always been happy to help and assist me in finding items / giving recommendations - and I've frequented the place every now and then in the past year. I'd recommend jaycars!

Great customer service. I was after something very specific and they were cool to chat with me about finding a solution. Will be returning to keep rigging up my electronic shenanigans again, for sure.

Today I visited the Geelong Jaycar store to return a $8.95 product that I purchased not long ago... I found I didn't need this product and I would return to the store when I needed to purchase another product. The sales person told me no refund would be given because I bought this item 1 month ago and was outside the store 7 day return policy. Well one would not expect a person drive into town just for a low value item I thought .I came to not only return this item but to buy a UHF Radio and a Mini Drone for my grandson. I was so dissapointed that the salesman didn't even offer to take $8.95 off my next purchase .So they missed out on a $400.00 purchase.Is this a good policy and customer service for a store in 2022 ???Perhaps the salesman needs retraining in how to look after good customers.I will never shop there again.

Thanks to the manager (I guess) for his advices and his professionalism.Everything I got was really useful and helped the mechanic to do his job with what he needed.It's really good to be advice by real professionals..and not only sellers.

I went into this store to get some automotive wire a young woman helped me out and she was great, my only reason for 2 stars is the smell in the store, if you’re dealing with customers use deodorant, it’s the second time I’ve been to this shop and it’s the same both times, lift your game boys

had a problem with a product i purchased. took it back to the store in geelong and was treated with the utmost respect and patience. No argument, gave me a total refund and made it all so easy . it was not a cheap item and I am very happy with the way the manager handled the situation right from the start. Very happy customer and I will be going back for sure . well done guys.
