Today I went to Inglewood store for my eyebrows tinting, I would like to share my worst experience with them. I am absolutely disappointed with their service as they destroyed my eyebrows shape, different shapes for each. Also, plucked extra hair which Made one of my eyebrows smaller.I would must say that Ellenbrook store is best as I had really good experience with them and with that hope I visited this store, but really terrible experience.This store needs more trained staff.

I’ve always had a very positive experience here, but today was particularly positive. Brooke did an absolutely amazing job with my brows, I can’t stop looking at them. I like my tint quite dark and to keep my brows reasonably thick and she got the shade and style spot on. I also fell asleep in the chair which shows how relaxed I was (and eyebrow waxing isn’t an experience I would normally consider relaxing). Thanks so much to Brooke and the team.

I went here based on a friend's recommendation and I was pleasantly surprised. As someone who naturally dark, thick, and large eyebrows I'm quite picky with how they're maintained. Sasha did an awesome job and listened to my preferences, completing the look I always like to have.As I've just moved to the area, I'll definitely be coming back to get my eyebrows done and hopefully more. Thank you guys!

I had Nic do my brow map, tint and wax, I requested subtle not too dark as natural as possible but still defined. And she nailed it! Was so so happy! Perfect colour shape and thickness!

Heidi did my brows. Waxed and dye. I have been using an eyebrow pencil for years, and finally don't need one. Awesome work Heidi.

My eyebrows are awesome thanks. Haven't had them done 4 years. I love the shape & smooth feel & look. My style specialist had her work cut out 4 her & she did a great job!
